For as long as I can remember I have experienced a deep connection to spirit and the expansive love permeating my heart and soul. At the age of ten I experienced a profound out-of-body awakening to this infinite love during a guided meditation. Being so young and unable to relate my experience to anyone, I closed this doorway to expansive love out of fear and the lack of relatability. This protective closing of my heart left me feeling lost, afraid and alone. As a teenager, I developed extreme chronic nerve pain in my spine and found it very challenging to be present in my body. This led me to seek powerfully outside of myself for relief. I was escaping my body, my emotions and my responsibilities as a human. I sought through meditation, alternative energy healing, bodywork and the use of psychedelics, searching for a path to reconnect with the pure love I experienced as a child. In the failure to find wellness from outside myself, I embarked on a journey inward towards the love, freedom and enlightened state of consciousness my heart was so powerfully calling me into resonance with. All of this outward etherial seeking guided me back to silence, to the genesis, directly into the depths of my heart and soul. Through the guidance of my mentors, and the authentic openness to my heart, I awakened to pure embodied love. Love is all there is. Love is the very fabric with which the universe is woven. Love is eternal. Love abounds. I have learned to listen, allow, grow, transform and heal. Profound healing arises from resonance with authentic and pure love in the heart of one’s being.
